By downloading or using Digext, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Digext is a paste-first content capture app. Content you paste is stored locally on your device and is immutable once saved. Titles and tags may be edited after saving.
You retain ownership of all content you paste into Digext. The Digext app, its design, and associated trademarks are the property of the developer. Unauthorized copying or modification of the app is prohibited.
Digext is local-first. Your data is stored on your device and is your responsibility. Diagnostic logs may be written locally and are only transmitted if you choose to submit a bug report. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
AI features are provided by Apple Intelligence and run on your device. These features are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Digext does not control or guarantee AI output.
Chat optionally supports third-party AI providers such as Claude and ChatGPT/OpenAI models. If you sign in to one of these providers, your use of that provider is governed by its own terms of service, acceptable use policy, and pricing. Messages you send in chat will be transmitted to the provider you selected. You are responsible for complying with the provider's terms and for any fees or usage limits they impose. Digext does not control, review, or guarantee the output of third-party models and is not responsible for provider availability, content, or account actions.
We may update the app and these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will not charge for previously free features without notice.
You may stop using Digext at any time by deleting the app. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. iCloud data is managed by your Apple account settings.
Digext is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from your use of the app.
